Yummy Bear believes in wellness with wiggle room. He’s known at the local gym his fluffy mirror flexes and for spending most of his time at the juice bar. He’s less interested in lifting weights and more interested in lifting spirits. Outside the gym, you’ll find him swapping fitness tips with Amuseables Kettlebell and scheduling “active recovery” picnics with Bartholomew Bear. (Do three custard tarts count as a set? He thinks so.)
